Всем привет! Недавно открыла хлебопекарню и предлагаем свежий хлеб по своему рецепту. Сейчас в планах у меня купить ржаную закваску и ее использовать. Только я не знаю, где ее лучше всего приобрести. Может, вы подскажите, где можно приобрести оптом с доставкой на производство?

Мы тоже уже давно у них закупаем и нам очень нравится. На их закваске получается хлеб пористый, с хрустящей корочкой и при этом очень мягкий. Аромат от хлеба просто потрясающий. В любом случае пока не попробуете, не узнаете, насколько хороша от этой компании ржаная закваска. Я вам рекомендую все-таки обратиться в эту компанию и попробовать заказать у них. Я думаю, что вам понравится закваска от этой компании, потому что она работает давно и сотрудничает со многими пекарнями. У них собственное производство, поставками занимаются не только в России, но и в странах СНГ.
