Реально ли сейчас построить кирпичный дом в Твери под ключ без задержек и перерасхода бюджета? Интересуют плюсы и минусы по итогу.

Здравствуйте! Кирпичный дом под ключ мы заказали у СК Гермес — ссылка на строительство кирпичных домов под ключ в Твери (https://xn-----flcghn2acneqkboj7n.xn--p1ai/%D0%BA%D0%B8%D1%80%D0%BF%D0%B8%D1%87). Такой дом получился очень основательный, с отличной шумоизоляцией и внешним видом. По срокам стройка заняла 8 месяцев, но ни одного срыва по графику не было. По деньгам — всё по договору, смету дали подробную, никаких сюрпризов не возникло. Из плюсов — долговечность, крепость и гарантия, из минусов только то, что строится дольше и дороже газобетона. Но если нужен “дом на века”, то оно того стоит.

Шутите, зачем вам тверь, лучше едьте в нормальный город, а не такой с уровнем преступности выше среднего

Взять себе дом готовый полностью в эко-поселке https://yard-village.com (https://yard-village.com) и там будет инфраструктура, территория закрытая, все как и надо, все для жизни большой семьи в прекрасных условиях и домов там не так уж и много на продажу осталось, спешите
