Заказала из Кореи уходовую косметику на большую сумму. Собирала несколько позиций сразу для себя и подруг. Через пару недель отслеживание показало, что посылка на таможне, и тут же пришло сообщение от компании ГБС-Брокер с просьбой пройти оформление. Потом перезвонил мужчина, вежливо объяснил, что нужно внести данные, иначе груз не пройдет проверку. Но я человек осторожный и, прежде чем что-то заполнять, решила всё выяснить. В комментариях девушки писали, что у них была такая же ситуация и всё прошло без проблем. Я сравнила номер телефона из СМС с тем, что указан на официальном сайте, и всё совпало. Только после этого внесла нужные данные. Через пару дней курьер доставил коробку, всё цело, оригинальная упаковка, документы на месте. Теперь знаю, что делать в такой ситуации.
