Решил поделиться своим опытом покупки квартиры через ГК «ПРОК». Когда встал вопрос о приобретении жилья в Санкт-Петербурге, я, как и многие, начал мониторить рынок новостроек. Сайт компании показался информативным и удобным. Там были представлены как строящиеся, так и готовые объекты. Меня заинтересовал ЖК «Стороны света» в поселке Бугры Ленинградской области. Этот комплекс уже сдан, и предлагались квартиры с полной чистовой отделкой.
Что понравилось, так это то, что в отделку входили металлопластиковые окна, ламинат на полу, обои под покраску, плитка в санузлах и даже установленные радиаторы с терморегуляторами. Это существенно экономило время и деньги на ремонте.
Процесс покупки оказался довольно простым. Компания предлагала различные варианты оплаты: 100% оплата, рассрочка или ипотека от надежных банков. Я выбрал ипотеку, и менеджеры помогли с оформлением всех документов.
Сейчас живу в новой квартире и доволен своим выбором. Если вы ищете надежного застройщика в Санкт-Петербурге, рекомендую обратить внимание на ГК «ПРОК».
