Наш кейс был не самый простой — запуск целого кулинарного производства, где нужна стабильная и чёткая работа всех холодильных установок. Рынок я изучал плотно, так как не хотел попасть в ситуацию, когда за большие деньги купишь технику, а потом будешь бегать по гарантийным мастерским. В итоге после пары встреч с разными поставщиками остановился на ООО «Еврохолод».
Они реально разбираются в теме. Подход к проекту был детальный — приехали на объект, всё измерили, уточнили, обсудили не только саму технику, но и размещение, логистику, удобство обслуживания. Такое внимание к деталям сразу внушило доверие.
Подбор оборудования тоже оказался на высоте. Мне важно было, чтобы холодильники не только работали стабильно, но и были энергоэффективными и легко обслуживались — предложенные модели подошли идеально. Установка прошла без задержек, всё сделали аккуратно и быстро, даже мусор за собой убрали — казалось бы, мелочь, а приятно.
Оборудование запустили, и оно работает уже несколько месяцев без нареканий. Температура в камерах стабильная, шум минимальный, выглядит всё тоже достойно. Я спокоен, что продукция хранится как надо, и не нужно дёргаться по мелочам.
