Здравствуйте! Ищу организацию в Казани, которая проводит обследование и экспертизу деревянных конструкций. У нас старый дачный дом с мансардой, и за годы эксплуатации появились сомнения в прочности балок и стропил. Хотим понять, можно ли укрепить существующие элементы или проще заменить. Кто занимается таким видом экспертиз и может выехать на объект с последующим заключением?

Здравствуйте! У нас тоже был вопрос по деревянным конструкциям — старый дом, мансарда, балки местами потемнели и начали прогибаться. Они проверили каждую балку, дали заключение о состоянии, и, главное, предложили не просто снести и заменить, а рассчитали, как можно усилить конструкцию. Это сэкономило приличную сумму. Работают быстро, профессионально и по делу. Если вам важно не просто узнать, что «всё старое», а получить реальные рекомендации — очень советую.
